for our body, for wellness

it is only 3. actually today went a lot faster than i had thought it would. i didnt want to get out of bed when my alarm clock went off, so i didnt, i hit sleep instead. i try to get out of bed approximatly the time erin would be getting out of the shower so that we are not tripping over eachother as we are getting ready for geology.

last night, i woke up at 12:00, erin was still awake. woke up at 1:00, she was still awake. she had told me earlier that she was really tired. she should go to bed earlier so that she doesnt have to take a long nap like she did this afternoon. that is one thing that drives me crazy about the whole roommate situation. otherwise its not bad.

i am sore! from hiking 7 miles yesterday and i know tomorrow will be even worse, i worked out today for wellness lab. it was prety intense, j/k it wasnt bad, i just know that it will make me sore. but now, it is time to start the reading because i wont have time tonight. concert band is from 7-9. i'm a little anxious about it but hopefully it will be good.
